Key Responsibilities:
- Support of Onsite PLCs (Siemens, Allan Bradley PLCs)
- Support of Onsite Siemens PCS7 DCS system
- Support of Onsite Wonderware, WinCC SCADA systems
- Support of automation interaction with Manufacturing Systems (Werum PasX & OSI-PI)
- Support of Onsite Systems (Schneider BMS, Chart Recorders, SiPAT, TCUs, GMP PCs, Peripherals)
- Facilitate troubleshooting activities for maintenance technicians
- Engage and manage remote teams when required
- Write, review, and update SDLC documentation for automation systems
- Perform periodic monitoring and testing on new/existing systems
- Disaster Recovery Planning and testing
- Support of PLC system compliance activities
- Lead or execute Disaster Recovery Planning and testing
- Out of hours On-call Automation Support when required
- Coordination of tasks to ensure timely delivery
- Monthly reporting of tasks completed and support providedJob Requirements:
- Automation Experience in GMP environment
- Automation PLC experience (Siemens S7, Allen Bradley PLCs)
- Knowledge of Siemens/MES/OSI-PI or General Process Control
- Excellent knowledge of PLC/SCADA, infrastructure, and fieldbusses (Profinet, Profibus PA, Profibus DP)
- IT Security/cybersecurity experience
- Automation Backup & Disaster Recovery
- Knowledge of Microsoft technologies (Server 2008/2012/2016, Windows 7/10) with Active Directory
- Understanding of interface protocols to level OT

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field or equivalent work experience
