Delivery Manager

Skills Required:
• German Language is a must – both writing and speaking. Ability to conduct meetings with client in
German – high number of meetings on each day
• Excellent written and verbal communication/presentation skills in German language
• Minimum 12+ years of experience in Infrastructure service delivery management / multi provider
management
• Experience in managing multi customer providers (lead weekly meetings)
• Experience in managing delivery and experience in leading customer internal teams and freelancer on
top (lead daily meetings with team and weekly meetings with each staff member)
• Infrastructure service delivery management experience in large engagement
• Understand delivery issues, pursuits with the current client, needs etc. through
discussions with teams and interactions with the clients; provide solutions
• Experience in security, managing Network and Linux technology managed services like LAN/Firewall,
Data Center management, Kubernetes, Cloud Services (AWS, Azure)
• Focus on technology expertise and innovation to transform delivery and ensure delivery
excellence

• Experience in managing & negotiation of contracts with providers, creating RFPs, selection of
providers
• Experience in managing strategic projects including scoping and effort estimation
• Ability to deliver projects on time, schedule and quality
• Drive initiatives to optimize cost
• Manage escalations, conflicts and risks
• Experience in managing Germany based clients and experience in delivering services partly from
onsite location
• Ready for onsite visits in Frankfurt/Main
