Field Service Lightning Consultant

As a Field Service Lightning (FSL) Consultant, you act as a translator of customer requirements into Salesforce
solutions with a focus on the Salesforce Service and FSL Cloud. In addition to technical consulting on the topics
of digital marketing and marketing automations, you are the contact person for all topics related to the
Salesforce Service and FSL Cloud in your projects. You consult customers of various sizes and industries from the
recording of the technical requirements to the implementation of FSL solutions until the successful completion
of the project. You have a solid overview of the core Salesforce platform in order to effectively consult on field
service automation processes with Salesforce Service Cloud. You are a great match for this role if you are always

Supporting scoping and conducting need analysis requirements for new and existing clients (Service
Conceptualize and convert marketing processes into solutions (Solution Design)
End to end implementation of Service and FSL Cloud (Configuration)
Gather development requirements and collaborate with the FSL developers (Development)
On-going support and further development of the client’s
Deep knowledge in the Salesforce eco-system implementation
At least one year of experience with FSL implementation
Experience with implementing service processes, i.e. entitlements, service contracts, case routing or
maintenance plans
Hands-on experience with implementing appointment planning, Gantt chart configuration and route
Good understanding of ERP processes and integration for inventory management
Experience with configuring FSL Mobile App for iOS and Android
Knowledge of integration of third-party tools like Docu-Sign with FSL Mobile App is a plus
Salesforce Cloud certificates are an advantage (Salesforce Admin, Service Cloud Consultant, FSL
