1 Role IAM Level 3 Support Analyst (CA L3)
2 Required Technical Skill Set • Strong understanding of L3 Support

• Good experience in any of the below IAM
• CA IDM, One Identity, Azure AD
• Strong understanding of LDAP and DB
• Strong Shell / batch scripting
• JAVA / .Net development experience
• Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills

3 No of Requirements 1
4 Desired Experience Range Overall L3 Support – 7-9 Yrs.

IAM – Min 4-5 Yrs.

5 Location of Requirement Spain

Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)


Generic Skills:
• Experience working in an Operations/ production Support
• Good communication skills and analytical ability
• Ability to learn new products and procedures very quickly
• Experience in handling customers and their queries
Technical Skills:
• Should have strong LDAP (queries, data migration, architecture)
and DB experience (SQL query, stored procedures, data
migration, architecture)
• Should have performed L3 support role in past
• Should have strong understanding of IAM (IdM, Access
Management, PAM)
• Should have good understanding on the customization in IAM
• Should have good development background in JAVA or .Net
• Should have strong operational activities experience (Ticket
management, incident management, escalations)
• Should have strong debugging and troubleshooting experience


• Should have good understanding of the Operational processes
• Should have performed client facing roles in past
• Should have worked with any international client in past
• Should have worked in automation initiatives

SN Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role
1 Should be able to learn new IAM tools in a short span of time
2 Should be able to create the automation tools independently to improve the efficiency
3 Should be able to manage and troubleshoot critical IAM issues
3 Should be able to meet all agreed SLAs
4 Should be able to work with Engineering / Application Onboarding / other Support
