They are looking a customer focused and enthusiastic engineer who will be providing onsite
operational and preventative maintenance support of their IT Systems.
You will be supporting regional offices, client sites and client suites by being responsible for
identifying and resolving system failures.
The ideal candidate will be an independent thinker who can effectively manage and
schedule their own workload.
Key Skills

  • Excellent customer/user engagement skills
  • Experience of MS Office 365 Administration
  • Networking – TCP/IP Routing, VPN, VLAN, DNS
  • Knowledge of Cisco Routers
  • Excellent hardware knowledge of laptops (HP/Microsoft), phones (iPhones/Samsung),
