• Use of consulting skills, business process knowledge
• Expertise in understand client’s business environment mapped to various ERPs
• Provide target architecture and modernization strategy
• Achieve client expected business results

Qualifications and Experience:
• Graduate Engineer from reputed college
• At least 15 years of experience in SAP, of which 7 years in Program Management for large
customer spanning multiple business units/location/technologies
• Experience in providing pragmatic ERP roadmap aimed at a step change
• Experience in providing guidance for the desired end-state target architecture aligning with
upcoming technology
• Experience in Developing roadmap & business case and have leadership alignment
• Manage SAP Application implementation as a part of Roll-out
• Responsible to meet the agreed KPI’s with Client
• Drive the Continuous Service Improvements to yield benefits for Client and reduce the cost
of IT operations
• Take the ownership and Accountability in driving the critical issues & Client escalations
• Responsible in timely report to both internal management and client stake holders
• Finalization of Scope & ERP Inventory and Target Architecture
• Responsible for leading a team in analysing and determining business requirements and
managing the planning and execution of technology solutions
• Preparing detailed Study Methodology Project Plan
• Preparing Study Templates to develop Target Hypothesis
• Develops the program strategy, supporting business case and various enterprise-wide
high-level project plans and Identify value drivers
• Initiate value discovery and quantify Business benefits
• Determine potential hurdles/showstoppers and adjust hypothesis accordingly
• Determine implementation cost drivers (functional gaps, data, integration points)
• Determine technical cost drivers (hosting, upgrades, modernization)
• Prepare business case with Value-based prioritization
• Identify and provide Dependencies & sequencing Analysis
• Develop roadmap & business case
• Achieve business objectives of enhancing customer satisfaction

Other Attributes:

• Experience of working in Onshore & Offshore Service Delivery Model
• Added advantage of worked with India teams in the past
• Ability to analyze problems and provide clear recommendations
• Able to collaborate with clients and have a strong desire to excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Good interpersonal skills
• Must be able to work independently and can manage own workload
• Able to Multi-task and work under tight deadlines
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of the organization and adheres to all organizational
