Requirements for SAP HCM Payroll Consultant in scope of role
• Minimum 2 end-2end implementations as functional lead consultant
• Hands -on experience in implementation, configuration, leading workshops
and develop system configuration
• Experience with UK Payroll Implementations
• Minimum a valid SAP HCM Certification, at any level
• Nice to have but not essential: SF EC/ECP Associate Certification.
• Fluent English speaker as minimum
• Initial travel onsite will be more for workshops and client engagements
Role
• Deliver SAP Payroll implementations as a consultant including
o Manage customer relation on day-to-day basis
o Facilitate customer workshops and design decisions
o Provide industry best practice on HR/Payroll process design based on
experience
o Document design decisions
o Configure Payroll solution according to design documents
o Lead and support all levels of the Payroll implementation
• Support customer through testing and payroll runs.
• Deliver super-user and administration training
• Support pre-sales activities
• Respond to RFP’s
• Prepare demonstrations
• Engage in customer networks
• Manage relation to existing customers
• Provide onsite pre-sales support in country of residence or outside
