SAP Payroll Expert

What will be your main responsibilities?

•Lead & Knowledge Transition of SAP HR ( PAYROLL/ TIME MANAGEMENT)for large SAP system from existing vendor.•Document the Knowledge acquired and share the Application knowledge with larger teams.•Lead/Build & Mentor an offshore delivery team compromising of varied level of skills & experience–as needed.•Contribution in SAP HR ( PAYROLL / TIME MANAGEMENT)areato solving tickets against SLA.•Run production issue calls & get to a resolution including but not limited to Trouble shooting complex production issues.•Proactively find & implement improvementopportunities-improvements implemented this shall be a KPI.•Should work in Incidents / Service Requests / Problem Management / Minor Enhancements based on business needs•Work collaboratively with teams located in a different geography and deliver the project needs.•Follow AMS/AVM processes & ensure the entire team adheres to it.•Adhere to SLAs & ensure the team adheres to the SLAs.•Prepare/Present status reports as needed.•Participate and drive Weekly Operational Meetings (WOM) calls with business stakeholders for the respective moduleRequirements1.SAP HR (PAYROLL / TIME MANAGEMENT)consultant with at least 5+ years of experience.2.Excellent knowledge in Payroll/HR to Fi/Co integration/ Time Management/Personal Administration3.Experience with Integrated HR and Rostering Solutions4.Exposure to SAP Fiori and an understanding of user experience (UX) concepts5.Knowledge in any other SAP functional areas –will be added advantage.6.At least 2 years of working experience in onsite-offshore model.7.Willingness to work in L2, L3 roles.8.Prior Experience in AMS is desired.9.Should be good in Business English communication.10.Strong communication skillsboth in English and Italian
