Qualifications and Experience
Graduate Engineer from reputed college
At least 3 years of domain experience in Production/Manufacturing Function
At least 7 years of SAP PP experience
Two full lifecycle SAP ERP implementation experience
Experience in implementing/roll-out SAP ERP at large client engagement/in a multi-geography
environment would be desirable
Well versed with end to end Process knowledge for manufacturing involving Demand management,
MRP, shop floor control, Manufacturing.
Hands-on SAP PP configuration experience with focus on functionalities – MRP, Capacity planning,
Repetitive manufacturing, Discrete manufacturing, Engineering Change Management, Scrap
Processing, Prototype / Sample processing
Extensively worked on diverse environments having multiple interfaces with SAP for e.g. MES, Visual
factory etc.
Experience and knowledge of key integration points between SAP modules
Highly proficient using Microsoft products (SharePoint, Excel, Word, Outlook).
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Facilitate the implementation to enhance the clients’ business functionality
Understand and Gain knowledge about the business process
Design and document business flows as per predefined templates and prepare detailed blueprint
Mapping and Identify Business process Gaps with respect to SAP processes
Configuring business processes in SAP, preparing Functional designs
Prepare specifications and collaborate with technical team to get the developments
Prepare test scripts for testing the configured scenarios
Actively participate/assist and resolve issues arising during Integration testing and User acceptance
test
Prepare End user manual and conduct training to key users on the functionality deployed
Work on Engagement without any region barrier in a multi-vendor and multi-geography
environment for ECC & its satellite systems
Should be able to work on implementation, Upgrades & Migration projects based on new
opportunities
Should be able to work with SAP Product Support group to get solution in case of OEM issues
Publish status of the activities completed, any issues/abnormalities with their severity to bring to
notice of concerned stake holder
Groom Juniors in the team and make them ready for Engagement activities
Act as a liaison and Coordinate with technical, infra team
Provide services which can help Customer to address efficiency challenges. Help to prepare
Customers existing landscape for further improvements. Implement and Realize improvements.
Identify use cases which can be automated to benefit for client and optimize operational cost
Achieve client expected business results
