SAP Success Factors Consultant (Compensation Management)
One of my utilities clients based in Rotterdam either Brussel, is looking for competent
consultants for a well-founded consulting in the SAP Success Factors environment. You will be
responsible for analysing a situation and pointing out new perspectives. You should find the most
suitable solutions, whether it is the proposal of a new module, the implementation of new
functionalities in SF or the implementation of a complete strategic project.
We are looking for experts in all module areas of SF. They should have excellent analytical skills
to identify the root cause of problems and to present their solutions comprehensively and in
detail. The goal is to help our business be more functional and successful. This is a 6 month
rolling contract with possible extention.
Role and Responsibilities:

SuccessFactors Compensation (COMP):
 Designing, implementing and supporting development and business processes in an SAP
SuccessFactors environment
 Testing and deploying SAP technical solutions, Reports and Forms
 Provide consulting services to the HR Business in an efficient and effective manner, based on
technical expertise and experience
 Subject matter expert with depth of understanding and ability to implement SAP Success Factor
Compensation module
 Delivery of workable solution with primary focus on SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and
integration with other SuccessFactors modules to meet business requirements
 Translate business requirements into system configuration and create solution design for SAP
SuccessFactors Compensation in compliance with best practice
 Supporting SuccessFactors Talent Management, topics like Performance Management,
Employee Central etc.
 Adhere to corporate standard, security guidelines and sustainability and deliver within time
 Conduct Knowledge sharing sessions with colleagues
 Strong demonstrated presentation and facilitation skills
 University degree, professional qualification and experience in HR IT, SAP Success Factors
 Strong analytical and technical understanding
 Business fluency in English and good to have fluency in dutch
 Several years’ experience like IT Consultant in HR and Success Factors are necessary
 Experience in Agile Methodology desired
 Ability to work both independently and within in the team
 Willingness to travel frequently
 Excellent business communication skills

50-100 EUR/hr
