Primary Skills

  • Degree or comparable qualification in the field of automotive engineering, mechanical engineering,
    electrical engineering, industrial engineering, natural sciences, computer sciences or other
    engineering sciences or economics
  • Technically interested in Automotive and Software Development
  • 2 years’ experience in job
  • Intermediate knowledge in Error Management (Problem Management) processes and tools (e.g.
    Konzern Problem Management and JIRA)
  • Very good communication skills (oral and written)
  • Very good confident appearance / assertiveness
  • Very good moderation skills, presentation skills and fast writing
  • Very good time management, prioritization skills and delivery tracking
  • Very good process understanding and first experience in process creation
  • Very good knowledge in MS Office 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

    collaboration tools (preferred: Confluence), Automation
  • First experience in automotive, software-development, testing, agile development frameworks
    (SAFe, Scrum)

Job Description The main tasks in our projects include:

  • Definition, review, rollout and training of processes, quality standards and quick guides for tools
  • Continuous improvement of processes, tools, overviews and how-to guides
  • Ensuring compliance with the specifications and monitoring the entire error elimination process as
    well as providing tool-supported overviews and tool configurations
  • Support and assignment of error tickets to the responsible departments and contact persons
  • Monitoring of error build-up and removal and active driving of the respective ticket status through
    direct consultation with those responsible and within the framework of error rounds or ticket
    control boards (including agenda creation, moderation and logging)
  • Close exchange with departments and other error managers
  • Reports on the ticket status of the overall project and individual functions, parts and components as
    well as escalation to those responsible in the event of delays
  • Leading roles in the project also include tracking deliverables, coordinating and prioritization team
    members’ tasks, escalating and aligning with customer, training team members on processes and
    tools. In addition, they drive automation in the project and participate in strategic meetings of the
    project steering committee.
