● Provide Technical support to users and partners on Street View hardware and software,
(may include API and GCP troubleshooting)
● Monitor bugs and escalate issues to engineering team in Mountain View
● Create technical content for forums and help centers
● Process and track imagery removal requests both internal and external
● Provide regular updates to operational teams on technical developments and current bug
statuses
● Troubleshoot issues as reported by users and partners and provide step by step
instructions how to solve the issues
