Success Factor Consultant

Skill Set/ Knowledge –

  1. SuccessFactors data models
  2. Deep knowledge of SuccessFactors EC and Talent suite
  3. Language and Translations
  4. Workflows business rules
  5. Role based permissions settings
  6. EC specifics like : Position management, Contingent workforce, Global Assignments,
    JBP and Compensation information
  7. Business rules and Dynamic rules
  8. SuccessFactors integration between different modules
    Responsibilities:
    • Driving Client discussion, Workshops, Training Sessions at Onsite
    • Performing developers tests
    • Coordinating with Offshore team and providing them Knowledge Transfer to develop
    the Module
    • Be the Subject Matter Advisor for the Module and do the realization of the module
    • Take Ownership of the Module
    • Supporting acceptance testing and regression testing (issue resolution and validation
    of business requirements)
    • Preparing minor and major change requests incl. effort estimations
    • Providing regular status reports on progress to the CTS Onsite project manager
    • Tracking assigned tasks and deliverables with Offshore Counterparts
    • Ensure On time Delivery
