• You are going to work within a shared delivery team and manage multiple customers
workplace environment and end user experience;
• You will provide day by day remote 2nd level technical support and guidance to the
end users of the customers that you manage, ensuring that the issues that they
encounter are addressed in a structural and timely fashion;
• You will contribute to the improvement of the overall end user experience and assist
the back-end team to formulate the necessary improvement proposals;
• You will make sure the documentation is correct and up to date;

What you need to know:

• Good knowledge of Windows Server 2012 / 2016 / 2019 technologies and the
following WS roles: o DHCP o DNS

o Active Directory o IIS o File & Printing
Services o Terminal Server (RDS)

• Very good knowledge of Windows 10 • Basic knowledge of
• Basic knowledge of SCCM and Intune
• Basic Knowledge of Virtualization Technologies o Hyper-V o
ESXi o XenCenter
• Basic Knowledge of Storage Concepts o SAN o NAS o iSCSI
• Good understanding of server hardware architecture and
concepts o Understand how a hardware server functions
end to end and how each component functions and fits into
the whole
o Understand the impact of every component
and component degradation on the overall

• Basic knowledge of Citrix Solutions:
o XenDesktop o XenApp o NetScaler
• Basic knowledge of User Profile Management solutions:
o Ivanti o RES o FSlogix
• Good knowledge of basic network fundamentals
• Good to have knowledge of: o WDS o MDT o WSUS
o Scripting (Powershell, VBS)
• English language is like mother tongue to you.
You have completed a higher education (Bachelor or Master)
